Service Advisor required in Chelmsford:
  • Basic Salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Independent Garage
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 + 1in6 Saturdays 8.30 - 12.30 (Remote working on Saturday)
Our Client ,an independent specialist, are currently seeking an Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Our Client has a great reputation of being a family friendly business, and provides a great working environment. They are very established within the Independent Garage sector and benefits from strong manufacturer support. Our client is seeking an individual with a strong background in an automotive service advisor role.Our client has a strong reputation within the market and great reputation within the local area. Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisor:
  • Experience within service advisor role
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Have a good attitude to work at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience within the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
