Our client based in Burton On Trent is looking for a Warehouse Operative. The role is ongoing with temp to perm opportunities with an immediate start date, the successful candidate will be looking to commit to long term work possibly leading to a permanent contract. Excellent working conditions within modern warehouse environment.This role is fast paced with some lifting/moving of products and boxes is required and thus candidates must be physically fit and reliable, Full training is provided.Main Duties:
  • Packaging orders
  • Order Picking
  • Working with an automated picking system
  • Use of HHT (hand held terminals)
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Labelling stock correctly
Specific requirements:
  • Physically fit and capable of maintaining physical activity
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to give attention to detail
Hours & Pay:
  • 10am - 10pm, 4 days on 4 days off
  • 10pm - 10am, 4 days on 4 days off
  • 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm - you MUST be able to work both shifts. 5 days out of 7.
  • 10pm - 6am, 5 days out of 7.
  • DAYS £12.21 per hour
  • NIGHTS £12.74 per hour
  • Salary increases after 12 weeks.
