With a strong focus on compliance, client care, and efficiency, this role offers the chance to be part of a supportive, award-winning culture.This is a home-based Mortgage Administrator role with the flexibility of remote working while still benefiting from face-to-face collaboration at quarterly training days in the Bath office.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Mortgage Admin professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the mortgage process for both clients and advisers. Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers, handling queries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Managing the full end-to-end mortgage and protection administration process.
  • Collecting and uploading client documentation to lender portals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing the company pipeline, and following strict processes consistently.
  • Proactively liaising with Business Development Managers and solicitors to resolve queries or issues promptly.
  • Highlighting and discussing additional services with clients, such as will drafting and financial planning, creating opportunities for uncapped bonus and commission.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding targets, contributing to team success and business growth.
RequirementsWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator with the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in Mortgage Admin or mortgage administration (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of mortgage processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and lender portals.
  • A proactive, self-reliant approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Willingness to attend the Bath office once per quarter for training and team collaboration.
