Salary: £28,000 per annumARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company that provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the Cambridge area. With continued growth, they are looking to appoint a committed and detail-focused Window Cleaner to join their team on a permanent basis.The RoleThis is a full-time, site-based window cleaning position covering external and internal windows on commercial and residential buildings.Key Responsibilities Include:Window cleaning (internal and external)Use of appropriate cleaning solutions and tools (poles, squeegees, etc.)Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all timesReporting any maintenance issues or damageKey Details:Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pmSalary: £28,000 per annumWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a window cleaning role, ideally across multiple buildingsA reliable and professional attitude, with attention to detail and time management skillsComfortable working at height and using window cleaning equipmentAbility to work independently and maintain consistent standards * Must have a UK drivers licenceWhat ARC Offer:Permanent position with a stable and established employerOngoing support from our dedicated facilities recruitment teamA chance to work with a well-respected contractor on a busy portfolio of properties
