The University of Bedfordshire is seeking two creative and skilled learning technologists to join our Digital Learning Team. These roles are vital to transforming the digital learning experiences of both staff and students..Make a difference with digital innovation.As part of the Digital Learning Team, you will develop colleagues’ digital pedagogy across the university to enhance our academic community’s digital learning experience – with everything from developing blended and distance learning, learning analytics, and developing the use of AI institution-wide. You will design and deliver tailored training, CPD, and curriculum consultancy to meet the diverse needs of academic schools, with a strong emphasis on impact, inclusion, and digital innovation..Who we’re looking forYou will bring:
A strong understanding of digital, distance and blended pedagogies in higher education
Practical experience with learning technologies, including VLEs and analytics
Confidence in delivering training and supporting curriculum design
An interest in the ethical and practical use of AI in education
A collaborative, adaptable, and student-focused approach
Experience from a relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in higher education
