Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and facilitate cross-functional project activities to support successful execution of Clinical Science initiativesProvide operational support to Medical/Clinical Processes and Clinical Compliance/Quality focus areasPlan, organise, and conduct meetings and workshops, ensuring logistics, agendas, and follow-ups are managed effectivelyAct as first point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, tracking deliverables and escalating issues or opportunitiesCapture, analyse, and report project and process metrics to support data-driven decision-makingMaintain and update SharePoint sites, driving content alignment and agreement across teamsManage calendars, mailboxes, FAQs, and network documentation to ensure smooth project operationsCollaborate with internal teams to support assigned activities and foster strong cross-functional partnershipsEssential for the role:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or business-related fieldMinimum 2 years of Drug Development experience if holding an associate degree or equivalentProven experience in managing complex projects within a scientific or clinical environmentStrong understanding of the Drug Development process and clinical operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands with a positive attitudeSkilled in simplifying processes while delivering high-quality outcomesStrong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsDesirable for the role:Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or biotech environmentCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Skills Desired Architectural Engineering, Clinical Research, Cross-Functional Teams, Drug Development, Educational Management, Machine Learning (Ml), Npd (New Product Development), Oscilloscope, Pmp (Project Management Professional), Program Management, Project Planning, R&D (Research And Development), Stakeholder Management, Waterfall Model, Workforce Management (WFM)
