Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to start a new role in Mansfield.As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team supporting young people in a nurturing, four-bedded children's residential home. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children, promoting their emotional and physical well-being, and helping them reach their full potential.This is a locum role initially for 6 months with the view of extending paying £19.54 an hour (enhancements for weekends, evenings and bank holidays)Shift Patterns:
  • Early Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • A full week induction (9:00am – 5:00pm) is required before lone working with children can commence.
