The successful candidate can expect to advise on:-
  • tax advice for individuals and their wealth
  • the orderly succession of wealth from one generation to the next
  • the creation and administration of trust and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth
  • the governance of family-owned businesses

The team are seeking an experienced solicitor of ideally 2-5 PQE from a leading law firm with a solid private experience.
