This role partners with regional management to provide financial leadership for manufacturing and supply chain activities, maximising shareholder value. As part of the leadership team, it serves as the key finance interface, offering performance insights, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and driving accountability across the management team.Deliver accurate monthly reporting and complianceSupport business planning cycles across manufacturing and supply chainLead cost-per-unit analysis to drive efficiency and strategic planningManage forecasting and budget submissions across functionsMonitor fixed costs, drivers, and critical activitiesPartner with supply chainSupport capital requests with financial models and business casesProvide financial advice on projects and business improvement initiativesSupport working capital and cash managementAddress performance deviations and ensure accountabilityChallenge assumptions, model scenarios, and build financial awarenessEvaluate and manage business unit financial performanceSupport enterprise risk management and resolve audit findingsBusiness partner with senior stakeholders, providing key analysisYou will lead and develop a team of 5 business partnersA successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a finance-focused role within a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
