Learning Support AssistantSutton in Ashfield, Nottinghmshire£400-£600 per week (dependent on experience)September startsAbout the roleConnex Education work with multi academy trusts such as Flying High trust to provide supply staff.We are currently seeking dedicated learning support assistants to work full-time or part-time in various primary schools. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one with students who need extra help.Person Specification
  • Experience working with children in a school, care or nursery setting is beneficial
  • Transferable skills such as communication, patience, and adaptability
  • Compassionate and caring approach to working with children
  • Positive attitude towards education
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with young people
