- Strong financial and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in budget management and performance tracking
- Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build lasting client relationships
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards, with proficiency in operations tools and Microsoft Office
- Lead day-to-day operations across various sites, ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and excellent client service
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
- Coach, support, and develop operational staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
