Executive Assistant/Project ManagerWork From Home20 Hours per weekUp to £20 per hour(This is a part time employed permanent role)Our client is a specialist in creating organisational transformations in the Biotech & Pharma Industry.We're working with them to source a proactive, creative, and energetic right-hand person to support this fast-growing business, providing EA/Project Management support to the business and the MD.This isn't your average Executive Assistant role - it's a hybrid of executive support, project management, and client engagement.If you're organised, love to problem-solve, have great communication skills and can bring both structure and fun to your work, we want to hear from you!The JobYou will-Be responsible for all back office/admin functions, to support the MD, freeing the MD to concentrate on delivery and client acquisition.-Be looking after diaries, prepping for meetings, and coordinating the day to day workflow- Act as a right hand to the founder, managing day-to-day priorities and keeping projects (and people!) on track- Handle administrative tasks including inbox and calendar management, meeting prep, and office organisation-Own and optimise the CRM system Hubspot (experience preferred) keeping client records up-to-date, managing workflows, and ensuring timely follow-ups- Communicate confidently with clients via email, LinkedIn, and occasionally on calls - always with a warm, professional tone- Plan coordinate and manage small adhoc projects from start to finish- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to support business growth, marketing, and client experienceThis is a great varied role where you will work autonomously, for a dynamic and fun founder who welcomes collaboration input and suggestions.
