This role is all about teamwork, energy, and passion - helping to create a welcoming experience for both colleagues and customers.What makes this different to a normal team member role?   • Leading the team to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service

What you’ll bring to us:
  • Previous experience of leading a shift or supervising a team
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
  • Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
