Due to continued growth on their framework, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-profile hotel refurbishment project.The Role:You will take full site responsibility for a hotel refurbishment , managing day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and site personnel. This is a fast-paced project with up to 30 operatives on-site, requiring strong leadership and a proactive management style.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standardsCoordinate subcontractors and ensure all trades work efficiently and collaborativelyMaintain site records, health & safety compliance, and progress reportingLiaise with the client and internal teams to ensure high levels of communication and client satisfactionOversee quality control, snagging, and handover processesEnsure adherence to programme and help manage resources accordinglyCandidate Requirements:Proven Site Manager experience on refurbishment and construction projects, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sectorPrevious experience working on hotels projects highly desirableA background in joinery is preferred but not essentialStrong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and deliver to tight deadlinesA CV that demonstrates longevityMust be prepared to work long hours, including 12 days on / 2 days off when busyValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationReferences will be required
