They are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as a Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing care teams across various care homes in the South West region, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support.Main duties of the jobAs a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester, you'll travel across the South West region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, helping to deliver the high-quality care and service the company is known for. You'll work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that ensure residents' needs are met. Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, you'll help with everything from care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life, leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
