As Accommodation Manager, you will create a safe, supportive environment where people can rebuild their lives. Working closely with your team and the Senior Operational Lead, you will deliver a determined, non-judgemental and trustworthy service that focuses on both homelessness prevention and responsive accommodation support.Key responsibilities include leading and supporting staff, overseeing individualised support and risk management plans, and fostering strong community connections that extend beyond the accommodation site.
