Our team champions the creative and innovative use of technology to enhance the user experience and drive adoption and continuous improvement across the institution.We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our ICT department and lead the delivery of a range of complex projects that will shape the future of our digital services. You'll take full ownership of complex digital transformations, while providing strategic leadership and line management to a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.This role combines hands-on project delivery with portfolio oversight and team development. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the University, ensuring our ICT project portfolio aligns with institutional priorities and delivers tangible benefits.What you'll bring:
  • Demonstrable experience of managing full-cycle, large-scale ICT projects from idea to completion
  • Strong and proven leadership and people management and development skills
  • A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Experience implementing project/programme governance frameworks and driving continuous improvement
  • Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at all levels
