- ✅ Set up and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
- 🤝 Attend regular meetings with client representatives and residents to maintain top-tier customer service.
- 📋 Ensure a consistent and caring approach to customer interactions.
- 📞 Act as the escalation point for tenant complaints and manage the resolution process.
- 💻 Keep the on-site database updated to reflect ongoing works.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proven experience as an RLO, ideally within planned maintenance programmes.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external works.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills.
- Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check at offer stage.
