What you will do:
  • Conduct assessments and design treatment plans tailored to the needs of patients with major trauma and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Independently manage your own caseload, ensuring timely intervention for optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide holistic care.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and discharge planning skills to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to support the recovery process.
Requirements:
  • Must be a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • A valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
  • Previous inpatient experience with trauma and orthopaedic cases is required.
