You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students, promoting a deep understanding of the subject while fostering a positive learning environment.Responsibilities as a Subject Specialist:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of students in your subject area.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and curiosity.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work closely with other teachers to implement subject-specific strategies and activities.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and classroom practices.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and relevant curriculum requirements.
- Experience teaching the subject at secondary level is desirable.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
