- Lead structural design from concept to completion
- Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and contractors
- Carry out site inspections and resolve issues
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE/IStructE), or working towards it
- At least 5 years’ experience in structural engineering
- Proficient in structural analysis software and CAD (Revit a bonus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
