  • Responsibilities include managing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity transactions.
  • The firm is seeking solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with 6-10 years of experience in residential conveyancing and extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process and technical title issues.
  • The appointed conveyancer will be able to demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with exceptional levels of client care.
