As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of justice, navigating complex legal frameworks with precision and empathy.Responsibilities:
- Conducting client interviews to ascertain the details of their cases
- Preparing and managing legal documentation related to personal injury claims
- Negotiating settlements with opposing parties and insurers
- Representing clients in court, when necessary
- Collaborating with medical professionals and other experts to build robust cases
- Keeping abreast of legislative changes in personal injury lawSkills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal injury law
- Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
