As the Human Resources and Recruitment Officer, you will play a key part in shaping a positive staff experience from recruitment through to ongoing development. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation, maintaining accurate and secure records and helping to embed Trust-wide HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident in handling sensitive information, and passionate about fostering a supportive and efficient workplace environment.Key responsibilities:
  • Managing academy-led processes in relation to HR matters for existing members of staff
  • Working collaboratively with the central Recruitment Team on the recruitment of all new starters
  • Coordinating staff induction, probation, appraisal, and training processes
  • Maintaining and updating the Single Central Register (SCR)
  • Ensuring the timely completion of payroll checks as per scheduled timelines
