- Proven experience leading large-scale retail accounts in FMCG or food.
- Proven experience as a national account manager, with a track record of handling high-value, strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of short shelf-life trading environments.
- JBP ownership, forecasting expertise, and data-driven decision making.
- A confident communicator who can lead internal teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- People leadership-mentoring or managing junior account talent.
- Lead and grow a priority strategic retail partnership, representing a significant portion of our UK business.
- Own and execute joint business plans aligned to growth, sustainability, and supply chain performance.
- Provide day-to-day leadership across the account-mentoring National Account Managers and Executives.
- Drive forecasting, promotions, cost control, and contract negotiation with pace and precision.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain to ensure right-first-time product delivery.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to drive insight-led decisions and unlock new opportunities.
- Influence internally and externally; be the face of the customer across the Sofina business.
