- Report safety concerns and escalate to the appropriate safety representative.
- Support and sponsor the site usage of PPE
- Conduct and report safety checks regularly.
- Ensure all tasks are conducted with safety and environmental awareness.
- Continuously monitor the work area for safety, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Lead and motivate the team whilst performing operator duties.
- Deputise for the Operations Manager when required.
- Assist with the deployment of training
- Provide consistent on-the-job feedback from your team.
- Act as a representative and be a constructive voice for your peers
- Act as a proactive leader within the team.
