JML Solution ArchitectOur client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires JML Solution Architect to be based at their client’s office in Wokingham, UK.This is a hybrid role – you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Wokingham office 3 days per week .This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start asapDay rate: Competitive Market rateThe JML Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing a solution to manage the access rights of their employees and stakeholders more efficiently and securely. The Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) process has emerged as a pivotal framework within Identity & Access Management (IAM) to tackle this challenge head-on. It encompasses a comprehensive approach to managing user access throughout their lifecycle within an organisation. This solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and creating scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation process, guiding development teams and addressing technical challenges.Ensures the implemented solution adheres to the design principles, meets quality standards, and fulfils business requirements
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse complex business and technical problems and propose effective solutions
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Project Management: Understanding of project management principles to guide development and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Key Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HRSD and JML processes, system integration, APIs, and relevant platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Experience: Typically requires experience in software development, system architecture, and often specific certifications in platforms like ServiceNow HRSD
  • JML process and HRSD
  • ServiceNow/ Workday
  • Open AI
  • Solution Architect
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools
  • Knowledge of creating and managing dashboards for data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including business managers, developers, and technical teams
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with JML process with Workday integration
  • Work closely with the stakeholder team to identify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex business and technical challenges
  • Lead and guide technical teams while implementing solutions
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
