Job DescriptionPrivate Patient Co-Ordinator (reporting into Private Patient Manager)Rivers Hospital - Sawbridgeworth32 hours per weekAn exciting opportunity has arisen at Rivers Hospital for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our Private Patient Team.Rivers Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England.The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.You will assist the Private Patient Manager to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels; in person, on the telephone and in writing.
