North HertfordshireHome Instead North Herts have fantastic opportunities for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Letchworth and North Hertfordshire as a Care Professional.
As a Care Professional you will be providing care and support to a client in their own home. Your visits will be a minimum of one hour and will be a combination of home help, companionship, and some clients, personal care. You are required to be a driver to apply for this position, over 18 and live in the North Hertfordshire area.Qualifications
  • Pay rate of £11.00 per hour and the opportunity to earn higher rate on Saturdays, Sundays and double on Bank Holidays.
  • In addition to the hourly rate, you will be paid travel time between clients, plus paid mileage.
  • We provide great training and support through extensive shadowing, client introductions, touch base calls and ongoing check ins to ensure you are comfortable and confident before you work independently.
  • Paid accrued holiday.
  • You will not be required to wear a uniform.
  • All PPE provided which includes hand sanitiser, face coverings, gloves and aprons.
  • We match you with clients of similar personality, hobbies and interests.
  • We will support you in gaining an NVQ qualification in Adult Health and Social Care, if desired. Full funding available.
  • Free specialist training in areas like Dementia care and Parkinson's.
  • DBS fee paid
  • 24/7 on call support and a friendly and supportive office team.
