- Perform regular maintenance on plant equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment functions optimally.
- Inspecting buildings and facilities to identify any issues related to structural, electrical, plumbing, or other systems
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Manage building systems, including security, fire alarms, and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance works
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Plan and oversee facility improvement projects, including upgrades and expansions.
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and manage the facility’s energy consumption.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance schedules, and project progress.
