- Conduct in-depth research on companies, executives, and UHNW individuals who may benefit from VistaJet’s offerings
- Create detailed prospect profiles and contact lists aligned to specific campaigns or sales team regions
- Monitor industry trends, private aviation activity, luxury market movements, and competitor insights
- Support sales strategy with timely, curated intelligence and data points
- Maintain and enrich CRM records with accurate research data
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BoardEx, Pitchbook, and internal databases to enhance outreach quality
- Partner with regional sales teams to build bespoke lead lists and prioritize top-tier opportunities
- Assist with pre-meeting briefings, event targeting, and account planning sessions
- Identify qualified attendees and suggest high-value targets for global and regional sales events
- Track campaign outcomes to inform future targeting strategies
- 2–4 years’ experience in a research, intelligence, or sales support role (private aviation, financial services, or luxury sectors preferred)
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
- Excellent written communication and synthesis skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple research requests
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and research platforms
