Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an Assistant Maintenance Officer for a Glasgow based Housing Association for a period of around 3 months.You will work within the maintenance department to assist the maintenance officer in delivering a repairs and maintenance service to tenants.Some of the duties will include:
  • pre and post inspections of properties
  • liaising with contractors and tenants
  • assisting with compliance
Technical experience would be an advantage however candidates with the below will also be considered:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience in compliance role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Must be available to start straight away
  • excellent IT & communication skills
