- Managing platform submissions and ensuring all games are prepared for launch across multiple digital storefronts
- Uploading and maintaining store assets, metadata and content across PC, console, and mobile platforms
- Coordinating with producers, creatives and QA to align build releases and marketing timelines
- Ensuring localisation accuracy and platform compliance for global releases
- Supporting store promotions, product updates, and player communications across all platforms
- Monitoring storefronts for accuracy, flagging risks, and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Implementing ASO best practices to enhance visibility and performance
- Managing platform partner requests and handling key operational tasks in collaboration with marketing, creative, and production teams
- Tracking assets and timelines using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira or Asana
- Supporting campaign performance tracking and discount scheduling alongside the performance marketing team
- 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing operations, publishing, or platform-facing role within the games or digital entertainment industry
- Practical knowledge of key digital storefronts such as Steamworks, PlayStation Partner, Microsoft Partner Centre, Nintendo Dev Portal, Google Play and the App Store
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across platforms and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
