We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Nurse to join our luxury care home in Brackley, specializing in elderly dementia care. The ideal candidate will be RGN/RMN qualified and able to work nights on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
- Support residents with dementia, ensuring a safe and comforting environment
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized care plansQualifications:
- RGN/RMN Qualified
- Experience in elderly dementia care preferred
