- Understand and challenge the output from third-party service providers to ensure required service standards are achieved.
- Review Key Performance Indicators produced by third-party service providers, as required, and report findings to the team assistant manager.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to allocated queries raised by third-party service providers and fund auditors.
- Assist in the review of Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders as required to assist with the resolution of queries.
- Support management on any ad hoc projects or deliverables.
- Support the delivery of continuous improvement plans for FA Oversight.
- Responsible for completion of all allocated work in accordance with deadlines, procedures, and relevant service levels.
- Support the incorporation of fund change into Oversight processes.
- Identify training needs and agree training plan with the team assistant manager.
- Ensure procedures are followed and updated as required to comply with all applicable regulations and deliverables.
- Assist with the production of MI as required for reporting to senior management.
- Assist with the support of internal and external audits through provision of documentation and response to queries.
- Experience in an accounting environment and/or fund administration team.
- Knowledge of accounts preparation and review
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to challenge information.
- Well organised and able to prioritise own workload.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Recognised industry qualification (e.g., IOC) desirable.
