- Provide safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care
- Support the Matron for Mental Health in service development
- Act as a role model for dignity, respect, and compassion
- Work collaboratively with prison staff and external agencies
- Hold a caseload and contribute to triage, care planning, and risk management

- oRegistered Mental Health Nurse with a degree or diploma
- oMentorship qualification and leadership training
- oStrong understanding of the Mental Health Act and complex needs
- oKnowledge of the Criminal Justice System and CPA
- oExperience in risk assessment and caseload management
- oExperience in substance misuse, dual diagnosis, or trauma-informed care
- oExcellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- oRegistered Mental Health Nurse with a degree or diploma
