Shifts: Between 07:00 and 17:00 – enjoy your free evenings!We’re hiring a Mobile Chef to join our passionate team at HMP Parc working across our sites in the South and Midlands. - Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
- Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records
- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous cheffing experience
