In this role, you’ll provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, helping them achieve their goals and succeed in education.Key Responsibilities: Learning Support Assistant
- Deliver tailored support in and out of class for students with additional needs.
- Assist with student-related admin, including updating EHCP plans.
- Promote positive behaviour and a productive learning environment.
- Ensure effective support to help students progress successfully.
- Experience supporting individuals or willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
- Ideally have a 1st or 2:1 degree in psychology or related subject
- Matching A Levels and GCSE’s are prefered
