We're looking for a compassionate, experienced, and confident Female Senior Support Worker to join our supported living team in Beaconsfield.This is more than just a job - it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of adults with care needs, while also growing your own career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Support Workers
- Delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with individual support plans
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal growth
- Assisting with daily tasks including personal care, household duties, budgeting, and community access
- Supporting both male and female clients in their homes
- Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Using digital tools (iPads, apps, etc.) for record-keeping and communication
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support to your team
- 1-2 years' experience in adult care as a Support Worker (senior experience preferred)
- A UK driver's license and your own vehicle
- Confident in supporting both male and female clients
- Able to lead by example with excellent communication and teamwork
- Comfortable using technology (for care planning and records)
- Passionate about delivering truly person-centered care
