With a clear route to Partner level and equity , this is a unique opportunity for recruiters ready to take their career to the next stage.About the RoleThis firm works exclusively with disruptive SaaS, Cybersecurity, and FinTech vendors globally, placing commercial talent across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product . You’ll operate with full autonomy , managing clients and candidates end-to-end on high-value assignments.What’s on Offer:💸 Up to £70k basic + 20–40% commission
🏠 Remote working or hybrid from Brighton/Reading
