GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to work at a welcoming and inclusive school in Sleaford. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a long-term position, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in students’ academic and personal development.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils across different key stages, offering both academic and emotional guidance
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help
  • Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe and encouraging learning space
  • Assist with classroom resources and help maintain an organised environment
What You Need:
  • Experience working with children or within a school environment is desirable
  • A genuine desire to support young people’s education and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and undergo training if necessary
  • A full, up-to-date CV covering at least the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
