Operations Manager - Children's Residential ServicesMidlandsAbout the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential services across a designated region. You will ensure all homes meet statutory and legislative standards, manage budgets effectively, and maintain exceptional leadership across services.
