- Recruitment Cycle Experience: You have experience managing parts of or the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house), with a strong focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience.

- Bonus Points (Nice to Have, Not Essential): Knowledge of the pharma/healthcare industry, experience organizing recruitment days, hiring Sales talent, or recruiting in Miami and London would be a plus.
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer, partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires.
- Create Engaging Job Advertisements: Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Proactively Source Candidates: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions.
- Manage Recruitment Data & KPIs: Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process.
- Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable providing and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our recruitment strategies.

- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
