
Business Development Director

- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing
- Target workspace operators, coworking providers, and serviced office businesses
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and tailor presentations to client requirements
- Build strong relationships with C-level and operational decision-makers
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams for smooth onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
- 5+ years’ SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to real estate, workspace, or facilities management sectors
- Proven success closing complex deals in mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Hunter mentality with a strong track record in outbound prospecting
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Based in the UK and willing to work from the London office 3 days a week
