- Support the sales team by managing the end-to-end order process
- Processing orders, identifying the correct processing method to use
- High focus on accuracy and customer service
- Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses and POD requests
- Running back order and shipping reports
- Support the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID’s
- A desire to build a career in the IT industry
- Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM experience preferable
- A desire to learn, grow and develop.
