An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm's Newport office, with the added opportunity to broaden their experience into Residential Property work. This is a commercial-property-heavy role, ideal for a solicitor who is looking to remain focused on high-quality commercial work while developing residential conveyancing skills in a supportive environment.You'll work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload covering the sale and purchase of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters, development work, and commercial leases, as well as assisting with residential property transactions where needed.Key Responsibilities:Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.Supporting the residential property team with transactions, with training provided if needed.Advising a range of clients including businesses, developers, and investors.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Assisting in business development and networking activities to support the growth of the department.About You:Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property.Interest or willingness to develop skills in residential property law.Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing client relationships.What's on Offer:Join a long-established, supportive law firm with strong community ties.Varied and high-quality caseload with room for continued professional development.A collaborative working environment based out of their growing Newport office.Competitive salary and benefits package.Apply Now:
