- Provide proactive procurement support across the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and driving best practice.
- Act as the first point of contact for sourcing queries and supplier relationship management, including tender support.
- Set up and maintain procurement contracts in line with internal policies.
- Support procurement systems and manage supplier data as needed.
- Lead category management and act as supplier manager for designated spend areas.
- Assist with procurement training and supplier performance monitoring.
- Support daily procurement operations and collaborate closely with Legal to ensure consistent controls.
- Work with Internal Comms to keep procurement content (e.g., intranet, policies, guidance) up to date.
- Stay informed on procurement trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier engagement.
- Experience supporting tender processes, managing procurement systems, and ensuring policy compliance across a complex organisation.
- Confident in stakeholder communication.
- Strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and up-to-date understanding of procurement best practices and legislation are essential.
- A salary of £30,000 - £38,000.
- Home-working role.
