- Having a commercial focus to grow our wedding numbers & revenues.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the Board.
- Very hands-on and being prepared to lead by example.
- Ensuring our sales contracts are continually reviewed and updated.
- Regular review of pricing and sales strategies.
- Provide training to the team.
- Arranging internal and external wedding shows.
- Delivering the social media marketing strategy.
- Ensuring we stay No 1 for customer happiness and communication.
