  • Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if appropriate)
  • Plan to engage and differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire
  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support
  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and assessment
  • Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupils’ progress
  • Participate fully in the life of the school, including extracurricular activities
✅ Person SpecificationEssential:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for your subject area
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
  • Willingness to participate in CPD and continuous improvement
Desirable:
  • Experience teaching to GCSE level or beyond
  • Familiarity with UK national curriculum and current educational trends
  • ECTs welcome with full induction and mentoring provided
