Shift Pattern:About the Role:We’re currently looking for motivated Warehouse Pickers and Packers to join a growing and friendly team in a clean, well-organised warehouse environment. You'll be working with a leading manufacturer of high-quality continence care products, helping ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from stock according to order sheets
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ready for dispatch
- Ensure items are correctly labelled and prepared for shipping
- Assist with incoming deliveries and organise stock in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods
- Follow company procedures and health & safety standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Reliable and hard-working individual with a strong team ethic
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for long periods
- Able to follow instructions and work to set procedures
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
